To create a global community where all aspiring professionals can openly share work lessons for the purpose of progressing their careers and reaching their goals.

I am Project Manager, with over 16 years of Engineering and Construction experience, including multiple industries and business groups. I've held numerous positions and leadership roles within Project Management, Engineering Management, Process Technology, Construction, Commissioning, Business Development and Talent Development; demonstrating my ability to adjust to change and furthering my well-versed foundation in corporate operations. Experienced in several industries including water treatment, oil and gas, chemical, oil sands extractions, tailings, and Mining.
With the love of teaching, sharing my experiences and having a passion for mentoring, I founded Work Lessons 101, an organization that focuses on sharing experiences from the work environment.
Her experience includes entire project lifecycle from conceptual design to detail design through to construction, commissioning and start-up. With Domestic and international experience roles in office team environment, on-site Process support teams for construction, in field support for pre-commissioning and commissioning, and leadership / guidance roles through process start-up. Extensive experience with diverse project conditions such as: cold, heat, height, multiple cultures and international remote locations. She has worked on numerous size projects, ranging from small sustaining capital projects to multi-billion dollars project.

I’m a caring leader who has a passion for innovation. I’ve received the Silver Medallion Award from Fluor Corporation; the award is bestowed upon employees who have performed life-saving actions. It’s the highest recognition the company can give a member of the Fluor Safety Team. I was chosen as one of 48 employees from 800 applicants to attend Fluor’s first Innovation Catalyst event in San Francisco. I was the Team Leader during this innovative pursuit and was one of 8 employees chosen to present their innovative solution to my CEO. I was selected by the Edison Awards for their Women in Innovation Campaign; my article ran the week of December 1, 2017.
A graduate from the University of British Columbia in Materials Engineering who is outgoing, innovative, communicative, and a team player who enjoys challenges. Registered Professional Engineer with APEGBC.
