A Project Manager with 13 years of experience focusing on various applications, including multiple industries and business groups. Ms. Woodworth has held numerous positions and leadership roles in Process Technology, Project Management, Engineering Management, Construction, Commissioning, and Business Development; demonstrating her ability to adjust to change and furthering her well-versed foundation in corporate operations. Experienced in several industries including water treatment, mining, and oil and gas.
Her experience includes entire project lifecycle from conceptual design to detail design through to construction, commissioning and start-up. With Domestic and international experience roles in office team environment, on-site Process support teams for construction, in field support for pre-commissioning and commissioning, and leadership / guidance roles through process start-up. Extensive experience with diverse project conditions such as: cold, heat, height, multiple cultures and international remote locations. She has worked on numerous size projects, ranging from small sustaining capital projects to multi-billion dollars project.
Ms. Woodworth has fully functioned within Business Development as Inside Sales focusing on the pursuit of Canadian business development opportunities. Responsible for the planning and preparation of proposals, qualification documents, presentation materials, contract negotiations, risk reviews and other sales materials for the Canadian Corporate Headquarters (e.g. identifying competition, researching Client history, and developing outlines and strategies for proposals, qualifications, and presentations).
Major non-project accomplishments and achievements have been receiving the Silver Medallion Award; the award is bestowed upon employees who have performed life-saving actions. It is the highest recognition the company can give a member of the Safety Team. Ms. Woodworth was selected by the Edison Awards for their Women in Innovation Campaign; her article ran the week of Dec 1, 2017. She was chosen as one (1) of forty-eight (48) employees from 800 applicants to attend the first Innovation Catalyst event in San Francisco. She was the Team Leader during this innovative pursuit and was one (1) of eight (8) employees chosen to present their innovative solution to our CEO. She has extensive volunteer experience, which has included United Way Chair, Canstruction Co-Captain, GAP President, ELG President, Facilitator for the New Leader Program and contributed to numerous organization such as: Hull Services, Habitat for Humanity and was a First Aid Attendant for 12 years.
A graduate from the University of British Columbia in Materials Engineering who is outgoing, innovative, communicative, and a team player who enjoys challenges. Registered Professional Engineer with APEGBC.
