The program sessions detailed below are guidelines to get a picture of what to expect from each program.

Each program will be customized to your personal needs. The idea is that every career plan is unique and designed individually for your career aspirations.

We will design, create and build a personalized career development plan that fits your ambitions and goals. Each session is designed to be flexible, so your unique plan can be broken down into actionable steps to execute.

Whether it's maneuvering around internal politics, building a bulletproof reputation, establishing your next career move, I help develop the career plan that will move your career towards achieving your goals.

Option of 8-Week / 12-Week Career Power Planning Program

✅ Pre-session questionnaire.

✅ 1-on-1 60-minute intensive coaching sessions.

✅ Lifetime access to my Career Planning 101, Job Seekers Roadmap & Hidden Ladders online courses.

✅ 5 / 7 sessions depending of Program Choice (8 / 12 week program)

✅ Sessions will be bi-weekly, with homework in between and full access to me through WhatsApp.

✅ Career Development Plan template will be provided.

✅ You will have a completed and detailed strategic career plan at the end of the program, which will include but not limited to:

Detailing your value offering and how to sell your credentials.
Isolate your developmental needs and how your will develop them.
