I'm Sabrina, your NO BS Career Coach and Founder of Work Lessons 101.

I've worked in the Fortune 500 corporate environment for over 16 years. I started my career as an entry-level process engineer in training and quickly rose to prominent leadership roles. I'm currently a Project Manager leading multi-million- to billion-dollar projects.

I've navigated the career ladder across two business lines inside a Fortune 500 company, securing 6 promotions within 8 years. Six years into my career, I led a team of over 60 nationals on a 6-billion-dollar project in the Gobi Desert. I went from being told women have no place at an international mining site, working my way into a high-level leadership role, all within a year.
